About the role
Your role serves as the central management point for the UX/UI backlog across EHC markets. You will defining and prioritizing UX/UI developments for websites and mobile applications, ensuring efforts are aligned with high business strategy, and eliminating pain points at digital touchpoints to drive revenue. You'll leverage customer insights, brand identity, and design principles, while managing relationships with ContentSquare and leading a team of UX/UI analysts. You will collaborate with business, marketing, and local stakeholders, what is crucial to align on UX/UI needs and expectations on local markets.
Your responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain and update the UX/UI backlog across European markets,
- Define and prioritize UX/UI developments based on business impact, customer pain points, and strategic goals,
- Ensure UX/UI initiatives align with broader business and digital strategy,
- Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to integrate UX/UI into the overall roadmap,
- Ensure consistency in UX/UI across different digital touchpoints (web & mobile),
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and pain points using tools like ContentSquare, Google Analytics, and user testing (AB testing),
- Work closely with regional and local teams to align UX/UI needs,
- Provide guidance on best practices, methodologies, and design principles,
- Manage the relationship with ContentSquare, ensuring the tool is effectively used to drive insights.
Our requirements:
- Experience 5+ years in UX research/design, with a strong portfolio in user-centered digital interfaces, ideally in financial services,
- Proficiency in UX tools (e.g., ContentSquare, Figma, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop),
- Experience synthesizing UX research, analytics, and customer insights,
- Strong project management experience in Agile/Scrum,
- Proven track record of initiating and facilitating change,
- Solid experience in operating with senior & executive level.
