Your responsibilities:

· You will monitor market trends and prepare analyses on them,

· You will generate reports and dashboards about loan portfolio (data visualization in excel) to support business decisions,

· You will conduct data analyses for new product ideas and prepare decision-making materials,

· You will use your analyses to support product portfolio management, and your fresh ideas and recommendations will be key to our products' success,

· You will coordinate the introduction of product campaigns for both new and existing customers with collaboration of experts from multiple functions,

· You will coordinate product launch, product modifications, ensuring on-time delivery,

· You will build collaborative relationships with other company functions in Hungary and within the IPF organization,

· You will actively participate in other product-related projects.

What we require from you:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry, with a solid focus on personal loans,

· A degree in Marketing or Economics,

· Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel,

· Strong written and spoken English skills,

· Excellent communication and organizational abilities,

· Complex, analytical thinking, and customer-oriented mindset,

· Responsible, goal-oriented, problem-solving attitude,

· A self-motivated and reliable, precise working style with strong attention to detail,

· A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and openness to new ideas.
