Mobile App Expert
About the role:
We’re looking for a Mobile App Expert who will help shape and improve our customer-facing mobile app across multiple local markets. In this role, you will work closely with Product, UX, IT, and local business teams to deliver smooth, user-friendly experiences while ensuring regulatory compliance and high product quality.
This position is ideal for someone with mobile app or digital product experience who wants to grow toward product ownership in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities:
Own and refine the local product backlog, ensuring priorities are clear and focused on high-impact features.
Work closely with UX/UI, developers, and QA while contributing to agile ceremonies to ensure local insights shape seamless, user‑focused mobile experiences
Clarify requirements for delivery teams and ensure new features meet functionality, quality, and compliance standards.
Monitor app performance, analytics, user feedback, and store ratings to identify opportunities for higher engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, data privacy requirements, and internal governance standards.
Coordinate updates to app content, localisation, and UI elements in alignment with branding and UX guidelines.
Work with Marketing and Customer Support on in‑app campaigns while keeping documentation clear and updating stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues
Requirements:
3+ years of experience working with mobile apps, digital products, or app management (financial services experience is a strong advantage).
Understanding of the full mobile app lifecycle—from planning and release to analysis and optimisation.
Strong prioritisation skills, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Confident working with data, app analytics, and KPIs to guide decisions and measure success.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work with marketing, legal, compliance, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
Solid understanding of agile ways of working.
Strong English communication skills and a proactive, organised mindset.
Nice to have:
Experience in regulated environments or multi-market organisations.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar.
Experience coordinating content, localisation, or UI updates
