European Internal Communications Specialist
Join our organisation as a European Internal Communications Specialist and help shape effective communication across our European business.
About the role:
Are you passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and communicating messages that make an impact? As part of our European Communications team, you will help shape how employees connect, communicate, and engage across Provident Europe. Working closely with regional and local teams, you will deliver engaging content, support key communication initiatives and events, and help foster a connected and informed workplace culture.
Your key responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns and activities across Europe.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content in English, including articles, newsletters, announcements, presentations, and intranet materials.
Coordinate communication between regional and local teams, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
Manage and optimize internal communication channels and tools, including SharePoint intranet, email communications, and Teams Town Hall events.
Support the organization of employee events, webinars, Town Halls, and annual conferences.
Develop basic multimedia content such as presentations, graphics, and videos.
Monitor communication effectiveness, employee engagement, and feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with internal communications trends and recommend innovative solutions and best practices.
What we require from you:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or a related field
Fluent English with excellent writing and editing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams Town Hall, and SharePoint
At least 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a similar role
Experience creating content, managing communication activities, and organizing events
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment
Knowledge of corporate communications; social media and sales/customer service experience are a plus
Category B driving licence and willingness to travel within the country
