Security Expert (Data Security, Incident & Crisis Management)
We are looking for a Security Expert to join our Global Security Assurance Team, supporting operations across Europe, Mexico, and our digital business. In this role, you will help ensure that security is built into processes, systems, and projects while acting as a trusted advisor to both business and technology teams.

Your Responsibilities
Support and drive Data Security and Incident & Crisis Management activities across the organization
Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and best practices
Ensure security requirements are considered across applications, cloud environments, infrastructure, networks, and identity & access management solutions
Help protect company data through secure access controls, encryption, data protection, and data loss prevention measures
Identify and assess security risks and support remediation activities
Coordinate and support the response to cybersecurity incidents and crisis situations
Organize incident simulations, lessons learned reviews, and continuous improvement activities
Support compliance with regulatory requirements and security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST
Monitor emerging threats and provide security guidance to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Security, IT, Risk, Compliance, and business teams on security initiatives and improvements
Support security governance, reporting, and assurance activities
What We Require From You
Experience in information security, with exposure to Data Security, IAM, or Incident Management
Good understanding of security risk management, governance, and compliance
Knowledge of access management, authentication technologies, encryption, and data protection principles
Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls
Ability to work with stakeholders across different teams and drive security improvements
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience in a multinational or highly regulated environment
Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar
Experience with cloud security and modern security architectures
Knowledge of financial services, fintech, or digital businesses
Experience working with cross-functional or international teams
