Security Expert (Servers, End-user Devices & Security Testing)
We are looking for a Security Expert to join our Global Security Assurance Team, supporting operations across Europe, Mexico, and our digital business. In this role, you will act as a key security specialist, helping ensure that security is embedded into technology solutions, infrastructure, and business processes while supporting the organization's cyber resilience.

Your Responsibilities
Act as the security subject matter expert for server and end-user device security
Ensure security requirements are integrated across infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, applications, and identity & access management solutions
Develop and maintain security standards, controls, and best practices
Identify security gaps and work with IT and Security teams to implement improvements
Coordinate security and resilience testing activities, including planning, execution, remediation tracking, and reporting
Manage relationships with external security testing providers and support the delivery of penetration testing and resilience assessments
Review testing results, assess risks, and drive remediation activities
Support security governance, risk management, and compliance activities
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls
Support security monitoring, investigations, and incident response activities when required
Partner with global Security, IT, and business teams to strengthen the overall cybersecurity posture
Provide expert security guidance to stakeholders and support broader security assurance initiatives
What We Require From You
Experience in server security, endpoint security, or broader infrastructure security
Knowledge of security assurance, vulnerability management, penetration testing, or resilience testing
Good understanding of security risk management, governance, and compliance
Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls
Ability to assess risks, identify security improvements, and work effectively with stakeholders
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience working in a multinational or highly regulated environment
Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar
Experience with cloud security technologies and modern enterprise environments
Knowledge of vulnerability management and security testing methodologies
Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
