European HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with market leaders and HR teams to develop HR strategies aligned with both local and European-wide goals,
- Provide expert advice on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development,
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and harmonizing policies,
- Lead cross-border HR projects, such as shared recruitment strategies, harmonized compensation, and employee engagement,
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development,
- Foster collaboration between HR teams and business leaders across different countries to optimize processes and promote knowledge-sharing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: University degree in HR, Business, or related field,
- Experience: 7-10 years of HR experience, with 2-3 years in a regional or multi-market role,
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in a multi-country context,
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management frameworks,
- Expertise in change management and organizational development,
- High level of cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence to navigate diverse teams,
- Fluency in English is required.
