About the Role

As a GenAI Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling Generative AI solutions across our European businesses. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, building Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, driving governance best practices, and helping teams deliver secure, scalable, and business-focused AI solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve Microsoft Copilot Studio agents

• Establish and manage governance standards for Copilot Studio and Power Platform environments, ensuring security, compliance, and effective lifecycle management

• Develop integrations between AI solutions and platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, APIs, and Jira

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to analysts, developers, and testers working on GenAI initiatives

• Monitor developments across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI technologies, translating new capabilities into business value

• Ensure solutions align with IT standards, security requirements, and responsible AI principles

• Support the wider European GenAI community through knowledge sharing, reusable frameworks, and best practices

What We Require from You

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building and supporting agents

• Experience developing solutions with Power Automate and/or Power Apps

• Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance within Power Platform environments

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams integrations

• Experience guiding or mentoring technical teams in delivering digital or AI solutions

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication methods, and software development best practices

• Fluent English and Hungarian communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience working in an international environment; experience within regulated industries is an advantage

• Knowledge of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or GenAI technologies is considered a plus
