Application Administrator

in its IT Operations Team.

About the role

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for ensuring our business applications run smoothly — from resolving technical issues and managing user access to supporting deployments and driving continuous service improvements.

Your key responsibilities:

• You provide support for business applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with SLA,

• You diagnose and resolve application-related problems, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers,

• You manage user access rights and perform administrative tasks related to IT systems and applications,

• You create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles,

• You participate in change, release, and deployment processes, as well as IT projects,

• You monitor application performance, availability, and capacity, supporting continual service improvement initiatives.

What you’ll need to succeed in this position:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support department,

• Good knowledge of Windows Server, MS SQL and ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence),

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and monitoring/deployment tools (e.g. Nagios, CloudWatch, Kibana, Azure DevOps),

• Understanding and practice knowledge with ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request fulfillment),

• ITIL Foundation certification is a strong asset,

• Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written),

• Good analytical skills supporting effective problem detection and root cause identification.
